All original artwork appearing in My Kids Inspiration products — including

all preemie and NICU illustrations, milestone icons, character designs,

and the cover art featured throughout this shop — were created by Lisa

Giacobe and is the exclusive intellectual property of My Kids Inspiration.

This artwork is protected under United States copyright law and

international copyright treaties.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license

to use the purchased item for personal use only. It does not transfer

ownership of the artwork or grant rights to:

- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute the artwork or files

- Create derivative works based on MKI original designs

- Use the artwork for commercial purposes of any kind

- Share, resell, or sublicense digital files

- Print in quantities for resale or distribution

Some products include supplementary graphic elements sourced under

commercial license from third-party design libraries. These elements

are used in compliance with their respective license agreements.

Where commercially licensed elements are present, this is noted in

the individual product description. The presence of licensed elements

does not alter the personal-use-only terms of your purchase.

Licensed elements remain the intellectual property of their respective

creators and license holders. My Kids Inspiration does not claim

ownership of these elements.

The cover and hero images used in My Kids Inspiration's branding are

AI-softened adaptations of original hand-drawn artwork by Lisa Giacobe.

The underlying artwork and composition remain original creations.
