Are these products designed specifically for premature babies?

Yes. Every NICU and preemie product at MKI was designed from

lived experience as a preemie mom and 25 years of working with

NICU families. The milestones, the language, and the art all

reflect the premature baby's journey — not a full-term adaptation.

How do I receive my digital download?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you

an email with your download link. You can also access your

downloads anytime through your Etsy account > Purchases.

Files are typically PDF format, ready to print at home or at

a local print shop.

What size should I print?

Each product listing specifies the intended print size(s).

Most calendar and keepsake pages are designed for 8.5x11 or

letter-size paper. Milestone cards are sized for standard

photo or card prints.

Can I print more than one copy for personal use?

Yes — you may print as many personal copies as you need for

your own family. Files may not be shared, distributed, or

used commercially.

Small businesses and hospitals require an additional commercial license.

 Are your products available in Spanish?

Our 3-month NICU calendar is available in English and Spanish. Additional Spanish-language versions are in development.

Can your products be used in a NICU unit or hospital?

We have worked with hospitals since 2001 and welcome institutional inquiries. Please contact us directly to discuss licensing for hospital or organizational use.

My file won't open. What do I do?

Please make sure you have a PDF reader installed (Adobe Acrobat

Reader is free). If the issue continues, contact me through Etsy

Messages and I will send a replacement file right away.

How long does it take to receive a physical product (mug, apparel)?

Physical items are produced and shipped by a printing partner.

Please allow 2-5 business days for production, plus shipping time.
