DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All digital download sales are final. Because files are delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be returned.

 

If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will send a replacement file right away, no questions asked.

 

PRINTED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please

contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or

incorrectly ordered sizes. Please review size guides carefully before purchasing.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Digital orders: cannot be cancelled after purchase.

Physical orders: may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase,

before production begins.
