These terms apply to all purchases made through this Shopify store.

We offer both digital download products and physical printed

products. Product descriptions specify which type applies.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without

notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS — LICENSE TERMS

Purchase of a digital product grants you a single-user, personal,

non-commercial license to use the purchased file.

You may not:

  - Resell or redistribute digital files

  - Share files with others outside your immediate household

  - Use files for commercial purposes

  - Create derivative works for resale

  - Print in quantities for distribution or resale

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical items are fulfilled by a printing partner. Estimated

production and delivery timelines are provided in our Shipping

Policy and are estimates, not guarantees.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and

pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the

right to cancel and refund the affected order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

My Kids Inspiration is not liable for indirect, incidental, or

consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific

product in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of

Pennsylvania, United States.
